Appointments are scheduled via email, and all coaching sessions are conducted through zoom. I will provide a meeting link through email for each session. A client coach agreement will be reviewed prior to first session.

Sessions may be booked for individuals or co-parenting together. Clients may choose weekly or bi-weekly scheduling.
