My story

I’m Tiffany Wilhelm, founder of Steady Strides Coaching, and a firm believer that peace, clarity, and progress are possible, even in the most emotionally charged parenting situations.

I know this firsthand. As a divorced mother, I navigated the challenges of co-parenting while raising my child and working full-time. I pursued my education during that time, earning two Associate of Arts degrees—Liberal Arts and Administration of Justice Studies—from Pima Community College. I went on to complete my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and later a Master of Education in School Counseling through Grand Canyon University (GCU). Most recently, I became a certified Life Coach, also through GCU.

For 17 years, I worked in the jail system, where staying calm, listening carefully, and communicating clearly were part of everyday survival. That environment taught me how to maintain empathy and implement structure, even in the most high-stress situations, lessons I now bring to my coaching practice.

I created Steady Strides Coaching to help parents, especially co-parents, move forward with intention and confidence. My coaching style is steady, structured, and emotionally aware. I use solution-focused and cognitive behavioral strategies to help clients overcome overwhelm, reduce conflict, and focus on what matters most: their child’s well-being.

Coaching with me is always judgment-free. I meet you where you are, and together, we take one steady step at a time.
